Payment: 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Balance due 7 days prior to departure. Bookings within 7 days of departure to be paid in full.

For booking with a total value of less than $1000, the total amount will be required at the time of booking.

Cancellations: All subject to a 10% administration fee. No refund if cancelled within 5 days of departure.

Once final numbers are confirmed and paid for, refunds will not be given to group bookings for individuals not showing up.

Liability: Whilst all care is taken, Casual Cruises do not accept liability for loss or damage to baggage, sickness or injury, or additional expenses caused by factors beyond the control of the company

Currency: All rates are quoted in Australian Dollars if not otherwise indicated.

Casual Cruises may at their own discretion reduce the above mentioned cancellation fees.

We will refund 100% of the deposit if we are able to book another party on the same time frame as requested, and enough time is given to do so.

Wet Weather: In case of wet weather we leave the decision up to you to cancel / pospone.

Note that wet weather means just that - Cloudy days do not constitute wet weather-

As for money paid there is no refund for wet weather cancellations - You may use your 'rain check' at any time within the same seasonal period you have been quoted on.

The vessel does have cover for light rain.

In the case of a charter that has been booked with a catering component and cancellation or posponment is carried out on the day of the charter, we will charge for the catering costs. To avoid this charge, Casual Cruise must be informed before 8am on the given day of the cruise.

Quotations: All prices and rates quoted are made net per person or on a total overall cost for the charter, if not otherwise stated. Prices quoted stand for as period of 30 day and we reserve the right to change a quoted price after the 30 day period during change of high and low seasons.
